Overview
This bamboo tea box collects different types of tea in one organised storage solution. The five compartments allow you to sort the contents by, for example, flavour, type, or use, so the desired tea is quick to find.
The transparent window is integrated into the lid and provides a clear insight into the box’s compartments. This is practical when checking the contents or when the tea box is placed out for guests.
The box has a rectangular construction and opens from the top. The lid is attached with hinges and closes with a metal clasp at the front. It can be used as permanent storage in the home or set out alongside cups, spoons, and other accessories for tea serving.

Five Separate Compartments for Tea Bags
The internal division consists of five elongated compartments. Each compartment can be used for a separate type of tea, so the tea bags do not mix together in a larger container.
The compartment division allows you to organise the box according to your preferences. One compartment can, for example, be used for herbal tea, while the others are used for other types of tea or empty tea filters.
The capacity depends on the packaging, thickness, and size of the tea bags. Very wide or tall packages may take up more space and should be compared with the box’s internal compartments before use.
Transparent Acrylic Window
The acrylic window in the lid makes the contents of the box visible while the lid is closed. It provides a quick overview of the selection and makes it easier to see which compartments need to be refilled.
The window is lighter than regular glass and is integrated into the bamboo frame. The surface should be cleaned with a soft cloth to limit scratches.
Avoid abrasive sponges, hard brushes, and strong cleaning agents on the acrylic window.
Hinged Lid with Metal Clasp
The lid is attached to the box with hinges, allowing it to be opened and closed without being removed. When the box is not in use, the metal clasp at the front can be closed to keep the lid in place.
Open the clasp and gently lift the lid by the frame. Avoid lifting or moving the entire box by holding the open lid, as this may strain the hinges.
Close the lid carefully and check that there are no tea bags or filters over the edges of the compartments before securing the clasp.
50 Empty Tea Filters with Drawstring Closure
50 small tea filters are included, which can be filled with an appropriate amount of loose tea or dried herbs. The drawstring closure gathers the opening of the bag, keeping the contents inside during brewing.
Do not fill the bags completely, as the tea leaves need space to expand in the water. Close the string properly before placing the tea filter in the cup or teapot.
The included bags are empty. Tea, herbs, and pre-packaged tea bags are not included.
For Kitchen and Tea Serving
The tea box can be placed on the kitchen worktop, making the most used types of tea easy to find. It can also be kept in a kitchen cupboard or on a shelf, where the tea bags should be kept organised.
When serving, the box can be placed directly on the table, allowing guests to choose from the different compartments themselves. The acrylic window makes the selection visible even before the lid is opened.
The box can be combined with cups, a teapot, tea spoons, and sweeteners to create a complete area for tea and hot drinks.
Storage of Tea
Individually wrapped tea bags can be placed directly in the compartments. Loose tea should first be placed in the included tea filters or stored in a separate food-safe container.
Tea should be stored dry and protected from persistent heat, steam, and direct sunlight. Therefore, do not place the box immediately next to a sink, hob, or kettle.
The metal clasp keeps the lid closed, but there is no documented airtight seal. Tea that requires airtight storage should therefore remain in its original packaging or be placed in a suitable airtight container.
Usage and Organisation
Open the lid and distribute the tea bags among the five compartments. Place the packages upright so that the labels are visible and the tea bags are easy to pick up.
Avoid pressing too many tea bags into the compartments. Overfilling can make it difficult to remove the contents and prevent the lid from closing properly.
Regularly check the shelf life of the contents and remove empty packaging or damaged tea bags. Clean the compartments before filling new products.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Empty the box completely before cleaning. Loose residues and dust can be removed with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle brush.
The bamboo surface can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth and should then be dried thoroughly. Avoid soaking, running water, and dishwashers, as persistent moisture can affect the material and joints.
The acrylic window can be wiped with a soft cloth without abrasive cleaning agents. Leave the box open until all parts are completely dry before placing tea bags and filters back inside.
