Overview

This mattress tool for Dyson is a practical vacuum accessory for cleaning surfaces where a standard floor nozzle may be too large or less suitable. The wide, flat opening glides over the fabric and collects loose dust, crumbs, hair, and other dry debris through the vacuum’s existing suction power.

The tool can be used as part of the regular cleaning of bedrooms and living areas. It is particularly useful on mattresses, sofa cushions, chairs, bedding, and other areas where dust and small particles can accumulate. The simple design makes it easy to take the accessory out when needed and store it alongside the vacuum’s other nozzles.

Wide Opening For Larger Textile Surfaces

The suction head measures approximately 19 cm in width. Therefore, the wide opening covers a larger area with each movement and can make cleaning more manageable on mattresses and sofa seats. The nozzle has an overall height of approximately 10.7 cm, while the connection part measures approximately 3.5 cm in width.

The flat front edge can be guided directly over the textile surface. When cleaning soft materials, the nozzle should be moved gently to avoid pulling the fabric unnecessarily into the opening. The vacuum’s suction power can be adjusted when the model allows for it.

For Mattresses, Sofas, And Bedding

The nozzle can be used on several types of dry surfaces in the home. On the mattress, it can be moved in overlapping strips from one side to the other. On sofas, it can be used on seats, backs, and loose cushions when the material can withstand regular vacuuming.

It is also suitable for sheets, carpets, and other bedding when the fabric lies stable. On smaller areas, the wide opening can be used to quickly collect crumbs and surface dust. Always check the care instructions for the furniture or textile before vacuuming on delicate materials.

Quick Installation And Replacement

The connection is equipped with a release button, which is used during installation and removal. Insert the nozzle into the compatible connection until it is seated correctly. When the accessory needs to be removed, the release is activated, after which the nozzle is pulled off.

The vacuum cleaner should be turned off while the accessory is being attached or removed. Also, ensure that the connection is free from dust and debris so that the nozzle can be securely attached.

Compatibility

The nozzle is compatible with Dyson V7, V8, V10, V11 and V15. It is an accessory product and not a vacuum cleaner. Compare the connection with your existing accessories before ordering, especially if the vacuum has been modified with adapters or other connection parts.
