How to Use the Plaster

Press the film evenly from the centre out towards the edges. Avoid folds and air pockets, as they can reduce adhesion. The plaster should fit snugly without tightening the skin or restricting movement. When placing near a joint, the skin can be held in a natural, slightly bent position during application.

Waterproof and Flexible Protection
