• Inflatable rim that is comfortable to rest your arms and neck on.
• Insulated lid keeps the water cold and keeps dust and leaves out.
• Drain valve at the base and hose included for easy emptying.
• Water-filled seat cushion so you sit more upright and comfortably.
• Folds flat and fits in the carry bag included.

Overview

This cold plunge ice bath tub comes in three diameters – 80, 85 and 90 cm – all 75 cm tall. Support poles slot into the sides so the tub stays rigid when filled with water and ice. The top rim is inflated with the hand pump included and gives you a soft edge to lean against.

The walls are insulated in several layers, so the water holds its temperature far longer than in an ordinary tub. Use it with cold water and ice, or with warm water up to 60 °C.

Use and storage

Place the tub on a flat surface, fit the support poles, inflate the rim and fill with water. Add ice as needed and put the lid on between sessions. Afterwards, drain it through the valve at the base, let it dry and fold it away. The carry bag makes it easy to take on holiday or to the cabin.

Cold water immersion is not for everyone. Start with short sessions, and speak to your GP if you have heart, circulation or other health conditions.
