Overview
This travel wallet for passports and cards functions as a complete organiser for the documents and payment methods typically used on an international trip. The many internal pockets allow for different types of contents to be kept separate, so passports are not mixed with cards, tickets and notes.
The wallet has a vertical, rectangular design and measures approximately 20.2 cm in height, 12.7 cm in width and 2.5 cm in depth. It weighs approximately 190 g without contents and can therefore be carried without adding unnecessary weight to luggage.
The exterior is made of PU material, while the lining is specified as polyester. The entire main compartment closes with a zip, and an external pocket provides quick access to a passport, boarding pass or other frequently used document.

Space For Up To Four Passports
The travel wallet has four larger pockets designed for passports. This makes it practical for a family, a couple or a small travel group where multiple passports need to be stored together.
The passport pockets are distributed on both internal sides, so the documents can be placed separately. Each passport can be taken out without first removing all the other documents from the wallet.
At check-in or passport control, the relevant passport pocket can be opened while the other passports remain in the organiser. This provides better overview and limits the risk of a document being placed elsewhere along the way.
Separate Compartments For Cards And ID
The four card slots can be used for payment cards, ID cards, health cards, driving licences, membership cards and other cards in standard format. The cards are placed upright, so the top part is visible and easy to grab.
The transparent pocket is suitable for a card that often needs to be shown without being completely taken out. This could be an ID card, a travel card or other identification.
Avoid overfilling each card slot with multiple thick cards. The cards should be able to be taken out without putting unnecessary strain on seams or material.
RFID Blocking Construction
The wallet is designed with an RFID-blocking layer between the outer material and the lining. The construction is intended to limit unwanted wireless reading of compatible cards and passports while they are stored inside the closed wallet.
The RFID blocking is useful for payment cards, ID cards and passports that contain contactless chips. The cards should be placed fully inside the wallet, and the zip should be closed during transport.
The RFID function does not protect against physical theft, loss or misuse of documents that are taken out of the wallet. The travel wallet should therefore always be kept under supervision and placed securely in hand luggage.
Two Larger Compartments For Notes And Documents
The two larger internal compartments can be used for notes, receipts, reservation papers and other flat documents. The compartment division allows for different currencies or document types to be kept separate.
Notes can be placed flat or folded as needed. Ensure that they do not stick out over the edges of the compartments, where they can get caught in the zip.
The larger compartments can also be used for hotel reservations, insurance information, travel plans and other papers that need to be accessible during the journey.
Three Pockets For Tickets And Boarding Passes
The three ticket pockets provide space for boarding passes, train tickets, luggage tags, access cards and smaller reservation documents.
The documents can be divided by person, destination or time. One compartment can for example be used for the outbound journey, while another is used for the return journey.
Tickets that contain barcodes or QR codes should be stored without hard folds, so the information can still be read correctly.
Compartments For SIM Cards And Pen
The two small SIM card slots are practical for journeys where different mobile subscriptions or local SIM cards are switched. The cards can be stored together with the travel documents, so they are not loose in the bag.
SIM cards are small and can easily get lost. Therefore, check that they are properly seated in the designated pockets before closing the wallet.
The central pen holder provides space for a slim pen. This is practical for filling out customs forms, arrival cards, hotel information and other documents during the journey.
External Pocket For Quick Access
On the outside, there is an open pocket that can be used for a document that needs to be quickly accessible. This could be a boarding pass or a passport that needs to be shown multiple times at the airport.
Documents in the external pocket are not enclosed behind the main zip. Important documents should therefore be moved back to an internal pocket when they are no longer needed immediately.
Avoid placing loose cards or small items in the external pocket if the wallet is to lie freely in a larger bag.
Zip Closure Around The Entire Main Compartment
The zip follows the outer edge of the wallet and keeps the two sides together during transport. When fully opened, the wallet can be unfolded so that all internal pockets become visible.
Check that passports, tickets and notes are within the edges before closing the zip. Paper, straps or cards that stick out can get caught.
Gently pull the zip around the corners. If it meets resistance, the contents should be rearranged instead of forcing the closure.
Detachable Hand Strap
The included hand strap can be used to hold the wallet around the wrist or carry it in hand over short distances. The strap is attached at the zip area and can be removed when not in use.
The hand strap makes it easier to take the wallet out at check-in or boarding, where the documents need to be used multiple times in a short period.
The wallet should still be stored in a closed bag or pocket when not in use. The hand strap is not a substitute for secure storage.
For Family Holidays
The four passport pockets make the travel wallet suitable for families who want to keep the documents in one place. Passports, boarding passes and cards can be distributed among the separate compartments, making it easier to find each family member’s information.
Before departure, the wallet can be prepared with all necessary travel documents. This makes it easier to go through the contents and check that no passports or reservations are missing.
Keep the wallet with the adult responsible for the documents, and check the contents after each passport control or boarding.
For Business Trips
On business trips, the wallet can be used for passports, payment cards, company cards, receipts, hotel reservations and tickets.
The separate compartments make it easier to keep personal and work-related cards separate. Receipts from transport, hotels and meals can be placed in one of the larger compartments along the way.
The pen holder is practical for filling out forms or noting information, without having to find a loose pen elsewhere in the bag.
Packing Before The Trip
First, place the passports in the four largest pockets. Then distribute payment cards, ID cards and other cards among the smaller card slots.
Place boarding passes, reservations and tickets in the elongated pockets. Notes and larger documents can be placed in the wide internal compartments.
Check that the SIM cards and pen are properly seated. Then close the wallet and pull the zip all the way around without pressing the contents together.
Usage And Secure Storage
The travel wallet helps with organisation and RFID blocking, but should still be stored securely. Do not leave it visible or unattended in public places.
Only store the cards and documents in the wallet that are necessary for the trip. Consider taking copies or digital backups of important information where relevant.
Regularly check the zip, strap, seams and pockets. Stop using it if any part is damaged in a way that could cause documents to fall out.
Cleaning And Maintenance
Empty the wallet completely before cleaning. Remove passports, cards, notes, SIM cards and pen from all pockets.
The exterior can be gently wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Only use a small amount of mild detergent if necessary, and avoid soaking the material.
Allow the wallet to dry completely in an open position before placing documents and cards back inside. Avoid washing machines, soaking, abrasive tools and direct heat, as this can affect the material, lining and RFID layer.
