Soft Insoles With Arch Support

These soft insoles are designed to provide the feet with a more supportive contact surface in shoes during regular movement. The shaped construction combines arch support, cushioning at the forefoot, and an enveloping heel section. At the same time, the elastic PU material helps to dampen the strain from each step. The insoles are supplied as a pair and can be used in sports shoes, casual shoes, everyday shoes, and other closed shoes with space for an insole.

Key Benefits

  • Shaped arch support provides a more stable and even support under the foot.
  • Elastic construction helps absorb shock during walking and activity.
  • U-shaped heel section supports the heel and helps keep the foot positioned.
  • Soft cushioning at the heel and forefoot provides extra damping in vulnerable areas.
  • Breathable textile layer creates a comfortable surface against the socks.
  • Available in several lengths from 23 to 28 cm for different shoe sizes.

Support For Everyday And Activity

A pair of insoles with arch support can be used when the existing insole in the shoe feels flat, thin, or inadequately cushioned. The raised midsection follows the foot’s natural arch and distributes contact over a larger area. This can provide a more uniform feeling when walking, standing, or moving throughout the day.

The insoles are suitable for both calmer everyday use and more active situations. They can, for example, be placed in shoes for walking, training, shopping, or longer periods on your feet. The construction is made in full length, so both the heel, arch, and forefoot are supported by the same continuous insole.

Shock-Absorbing And Shaped Construction

The soft PU material has an elastic structure that compresses under load and returns to its shape. The heel area has a deeper, U-shaped design that envelops the heel and contributes to a more centred position in the shoe. Under the heel and forefoot, there are extra padded areas, while the shaped midsection adds support around the arch.

The surface consists of a textile layer with a ventilating structure. It provides a soft contact surface and makes the insoles suitable for regular use. The bottom part has a structured design that helps the insole lie more stably against the shoe’s inner base.

Choosing Size And Adjustment

Select size based on the length of the current insole or the available space inside the shoe. Remove the existing insole, measure it from heel to toe, and compare the measurement with the size chart. If necessary, the edge can be carefully adjusted with scissors. Feel free to use the original insole as a template, and cut a little at a time to avoid making the insole too short.

To achieve a good fit, the insole should lie flat without folding or pushing the toes forward. Shoes with very low internal volume may have limited space for a full-length insole with shaped arch support. Therefore, remove the existing loose insole when possible before placing the new one in.

When the insoles are put to use, it may be beneficial to use them for shorter periods during the first few days. This allows for checking that the arch support is positioned correctly and that the shoe’s fit still feels natural.
